# Mint Proceeds
#### Mint Proceeds
**100% of the net\* proceeds from minting the collection will be directed into the ALF Treasury.** The Treasury will be governed by The ALF Core Team, until such time that a full-member DAO has been established.
\*Net refers to total mint proceeds minus pre-sale and mint platform costs
In addition to the funds from mint, some ALF NFTs will go to the ALF Treasury. The treasury-owned NFTs will be used to drive value for the entire project and will benefit all holders.
**Team Rewards**
We believe that it’s important to the project’s success to align team member incentives to that of the project; hence, none of the mint proceeds will go to team member remuneration.
Instead, a small number of ALF NFTs will be reserved for the team and the Aephia Treasury.
